Meet Our Team!

Dr. Abigail Stowell has been providing veterinary care to the Hayward community since 2015. She graduated top of her class from the University of Wisconsin, Madison in 2009 and has a passion for unique animal cases.

In her spare time she enjoys hiking with her two dogs and spending time in the garden at her family farm.

Rhonda is a lifetime Hayward resident, married with two adult children and two grandchildren. She has over 25 years experience with rescue dogs and cats with the local humane society as a volunteer, employee, and a foster with a background in fostering special needs animals. Rhonda is crazy about English and French Bulldogs!

Her favorite parts of her job include assisting with dentals and surgical monitoring and recovery.

Mary came out of an early retirement to become a member of Dr. Abby's team. Previously she had been a volunteer receptionist at the Nothwoods Humane Society for several years while completing a social science degree program online through UW Whitewater. Mary has one adult son and three wonderful grandchildren that all live in San Diego. A longtime resident in the Hayward area, Mary now resides near the Chippewa Flowage with her partner, Dave. Mary and Dave have anywhere from one or more dogs at any given time, and have hosted a number of foster dogs across the years. 

Linsey was born and raised in Hayward and always has a menagerie of pets. She is an entrepreneur at heart, that has started and ran many successful businesses over the last 20+ years. When she is not helping out at Dr. Abby’s, she is a WI/MN/FL real estate agent. Outside of work, her passions are restoring old homes and old cars with her husband Matt. Her favorite things are her dogs, Disney, and the beach.

Ramie spent most of her life living in the Southwest and moved to Northern Wisconsin in the fall of 2023. She loves being outside and spending time with her husband and their dog Basil. When Ramie isn’t at Dr. Abbys, you can find her out in the garden getting her hands in the dirt, playing in the water or off on a hike with her family. 

Cassy grew up in Hayward and has always loved animals. She currently has 3 dogs and 4 cats. She loves all things outdoors and enjoys spending time with her family hiking and hunting.

Michelle was born and raised in Hayward and graduated from Drummond High school in 2005. She has 3 beautiful children, Brooklyn, Makenna, and Raelyn. Michelle loves the outdoors and enjoys being on the lake either ice fishing or summer cruising. “As a little girl I’ve always loved animals and wanted to be a vet myself."
