Do you offer emergency services after hours? 

We offer urgent care, emergency, and drop off appointments during our regular business hours. Please call ahead to allow us time to prepare for your pets needs.

Do you treat exotic animals, reptiles, or birds?

Unfortunately, we do not treat exotics, reptiles, or birds. We will treat guinea pigs and rabbits.

Do you offer payment plans?

We offer Care Credit as a payment option

(visit carecredit.com to apply) as well as all major credit/debit cards, checks, and cash. All bills must be paid for at the time of service. We do not bill. 

Do cats need to arrive in a carrier?

For everyone's safety, all cats must be in a carrier at the time of the appointment. If you do not have a carrier for your cat, we will gladly provide you with one at an additional cost.

Do dogs need to be on a leash?

For everyone's safety, all dogs must be on a leash while on the premises . If you do not have a leash, we can provide you with one.
